We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible intern to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of working experience who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial market and trading industry. The intern will be involved in the operational work of a client-facing product, contributing to the smooth functioning and enhancement of our services.
Requirements
- Conduct daily operational tasks for a client-facing product, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and implementation.
- Utilize basic SQL, Python, and Excel skills to perform data analytics and generate insights.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the financial market and trading industry.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, and related concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel; basic knowledge of data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
