Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to design, build, and deliver AI-driven automated testing tools that enhance product reliability and backend efficiency.
Participate in requirement discussions and code reviews, contributing insights from both backend and testing perspectives.
Develop and maintain backend components and testing frameworks that integrate seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java or Python, leveraging AI tools to improve accuracy, speed, and coverage.
Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability of backend systems and internal tools.
Troubleshoot issues across backend and testing systems, identifying root causes and ensuring timely resolutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA automation processes through innovation and adoption of AI-assisted solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration of backend services and automation tools.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, with exposure to both development and testing workflows.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Java preferred, Python a plus).
Familiar with web services, REST APIs, event-driven systems, Linux, MySQL, and cloud environments.
Exposure to QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and Agile/Scrum development tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in applying AI to software testing and development efficiency.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with AI-assisted development or QA tools is a plus.
