Gulf Binance is seeking a VIP Manager to lead the acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention of our high-net-worth (HNW) client segment. This role sits at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and product strategy, with a strong focus on delivering a best-in-class VIP experience on a regulated digital-asset platform. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and capable of shaping both the growth strategy and end-to-end experience for our VIP clients.

Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard high-net-worth (HNW) and VIP clients to trade on the Gulf Binance platform
- Develop and execute online and offline sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition and revenue targets
- Build deep understanding of VIP client needs, behaviors, and expectations; translate insights into enhanced user journeys and value propositions
- Own and contribute to the VIP product and service roadmap, ensuring offerings remain competitive and client-centric
- Drive client engagement, loyalty, and retention through proactive relationship management and tailored initiatives
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, compliance, and customer support teams to deliver seamless execution of VIP programs
- Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring a premium, trusted, and high-touch experience
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Thai, with proficiency in reading and verifying foreign IDs/passports, to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management roles
- Strong track record of working with sales targets and revenue goals
- Outgoing, confident, and client-facing personality with excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial products and markets; experience in wealth management, private banking, brokerage, or VIP client services is a strong advantage
- Highly entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to execute independently
- Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and emerging financial technologies
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable engaging externally with clients and partners
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
