Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end fiat payment cashier experience, including payment method selection, flow design, and conversion optimization.
- Lead payment channel integration, including PSPs, cards, bank transfers, and local alternative payment methods (APMs).
- Design and maintain a unified cashier (OCBS) that supports multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-channel payment scenarios.
- Define payment orchestration logic, including routing, prioritization, fallback, and retry strategies.
- Monitor and improve payment success rates, latency, and channel performance through data analysis and experimentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API design, integration standards, and scalable cashier architecture.
- Work cross-functionally with risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure compliant, reliable, and market-ready payment solutions.
- Drive global rollout of new payment methods and cashier capabilities across different regions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial platforms.
- Hands-on experience with payment channel integration, such as PSPs, card networks, bank transfers, or local APMs.
- Strong understanding of cashier / checkout systems, payment orchestration, and user payment flows.
- Experience optimizing payment funnels, conversion rates, and transaction success rates.
- Ability to work closely with engineers on payment APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with crypto or Web3-related fiat on/off-ramp scenarios is a strong plus, but not required.
