About Us:

Everstake is a blockchain company with Ukrainian roots, proudly ranked among the top 5 global validators. We support the growth of over 80 Proof-of-Stake blockchain networks by delivering reliable infrastructure and crafting advanced Web3 products. We’re looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager to lead Everstake’s initiatives around MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) across both Solana and Ethereum ecosystems.

Mission:
Lead Everstake’s MEV product direction — design, implementation, and scaling of solutions that maximize validator efficiency and MEV capture across networks while maintaining transparency, fairness, and profitability.

Key Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience with MEV systems on Solana and Ethereum, including relay infrastructure, searcher/builder coordination, and validator-side optimization.
• Deep understanding of block production pipelines, transaction ordering, MEV rewards distribution, and the technical + economic mechanisms behind block building.
• Previous experience at or collaboration with bloXroute, Flashbots, Jito, or other MEV-focused projects is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex MEV concepts into actionable product roadmaps — from strategy to deployment — and align cross-functional dev teams around measurable performance and revenue outcomes.
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making, technical project coordination, and stakeholder communication (internal devs, BD, external partners).

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive the end-to-end development of our data product, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Translate market needs and user insights into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Define and prioritize product features, aligning them with business goals and technical capabilities.
• Shape the long-term strategy and evolution of the data product, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to refine the product and uncover new possibilities.
• Monitor and assess product performance post-launch, iterating based on data and stakeholder input.

Nice to Have:

• Experience contributing to or managing data-driven products in the crypto space.
• Familiarity with validator infrastructure, staking solutions, or blockchain analytics.
• Past work with crypto wallets, cross-chain bridges, or staking interfaces.
• Exposure to working with exchanges or enterprise clients in a product capacity.
