About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of frontend architecture and development across Everstake’s products and user-facing platforms.

In this role, you will lead frontend engineering initiatives, define technical direction, and work closely with backend, product, design, and infrastructure teams. You will be responsible not only for implementation but also for architecture, code quality, scalability, and engineering standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building complex frontend systems, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence in a fast-growing Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve frontend architecture across Everstake products
  
  
• Lead the development of complex, high-performance user interfaces
  
  
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and DevOps teams
  
  
• Define frontend standards, best practices, and development guidelines
  
  
• Review code, ensure high quality, performance, and maintainability
  
  
• Mentor and support frontend engineers, provide technical leadership
  
  
• Participate in technical decision-making and architectural discussions
  
  
• Drive improvements in developer experience, tooling, and processes
  
  
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of frontend solutions
  
  
• Actively contribute to hands-on development where needed
  
  

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development
  
  
• Strong experience as a Senior / Lead Frontend Developer
  
  
• Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript
  
  
• Strong expertise with React and modern frontend frameworks
  
  
• Experience designing and maintaining frontend architecture
  
  
• Solid understanding of state management, performance optimization, and UI scalability
  
  
• Experience working closely with backend APIs and distributed systems
  
  
• Strong code review skills and commitment to clean, maintainable code
  
  
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
  
  
• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities
  
  
• Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in Web3 / blockchain / crypto products
  
  
• Familiarity with DeFi, staking, or blockchain infrastructure concepts
  
  
• Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks
  
  
• Knowledge of frontend security best practices
  
  
• Experience working in fast-growing or highly technical product teams
  
  
• Background in building data-intensive or real-time interfaces
  
  
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
