We’re looking for a Head of Growth who will help onboard builders, institutions, and users into our ecosystem via different growth initiatives – such as events, education programs, or business funnels. This is a high-impact and velocity role, managing a team.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable with starting growth programs from scratch and being hands-on, but able to delegate and staff accordingly. They should be not only business but technical-minded, with a strong care for user success and support. This person has range, and regardless of the metric to impact (onboarding developers, or institutions), can focus on building systems of growth that scale. This person is not desk-bound or dependent, but a self-starter and insight-driven proposer.
