About :

Leap is a leading crypto wallet tailored for the Cosmos ecosystem, with four distinct wallet products, support for over 60 chains, and 250k+ installs. As we rapidly expand, our goal is to become the ultimate platform for staking, DeFi, NFTs and social within Cosmos. We've raised $3.2M from CoinFund and Pantera Capital with participation from Arrington Capital & Accel. Our founding team consists of ex-McKinsey, IIT, Facebook & Microsoft alums.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Execute the comprehensive design process for Leap’s suite of consumer products, encompassing the browser extension, mobile application, and web dashboard.
• Contribute in executing the design strategy for our developer SDKs, customizing Leap’s offerings to suit a wide array of applications, ensuring versatility and usability in diverse scenarios.
• Contribute to our design systems and libraries. Your role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining a consistent and effective design language across all our platforms.
• Work in close partnership with our development team, transforming design concepts into tangible, high-quality products.
• Utilize your deep understanding and experience in web2 consumer design to innovate and tackle the most pressing onboarding and user experience challenges in the emerging web3 landscape.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in designing consumer products within high-growth environments, capable of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong fundamental design skills, with an ability to create visually appealing and functionally effective designs.
• A practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks, and experience collaborating closely with frontned engineering teams.
• Proven experience in building and scaling design teams and systems, ideally within a consumer-focused startup setting.
• Proficient with Figma and/or other modern design too.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in writing, vital for our remote mode.

Bonus: prior experience in the web3 space.
