About the Project

We are now building a new 0-1 stablecoin payments initiative. Stablecoins are one of the fastest growing categories in crypto, with clear product market fit in payments and cross-border use cases. Global banks, fintechs like Stripe, and crypto-native players are investing heavily in this space. Our idea is focused on APAC, where we have a strong foothold. Early experiments and customer conversations have shown strong market pull, and we are now setting up the right team to scale.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Associate, you will help build awareness and adoption of our new stablecoin payouts product among web3-native teams and web2 businesses in key geographies.

You’ll work closely with marketing, business, and product teams to plan and execute campaigns, while also having room to experiment and bring your own creative ideas. This is an opportunity to be early at the intersection of web3, fintech, and payments — plugged into fast-moving crypto communities while shaping long-term brand and growth strategies with the broader Leap team.

What You’ll Do

• Execute a content and campaign calendar for Leap and the new payments product.
• Manage relationships with external partners (media brands, influencers, fintech/crypto communities) to grow awareness in APAC and beyond.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver on-brand, high-quality content on time.
• Track and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to drive user acquisition and growth.
• Work with product and support teams to translate customer feedback into clear communication briefs (copy, visuals, FAQs, etc.).

Who You Are

• 2+ year of experience in a marketing-related role, ideally with exposure to social media, content, or copywriting (experience in fintech, payments, or crypto a plus).
• Familiar with working alongside creative teams and external stakeholders to coordinate campaign launches.
• Comfortable with basic data analysis and campaign optimization.
• AI-aware - proficient with tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc. to accelerate content creation.
• Active user of Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and/or other social channels; bonus points if you’ve grown accounts or communities across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to thrive in an async, fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus (but not required).
