Job Description:

As Operations Associates, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth processes and effective communication. This position is ideal for individuals with experience looking to advance their careers in the crypto industry by actively engaging in all operational processes that arise within a rapidly growing blockchain environment, gaining further expertise in operations and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently track and manage on-chain operations and transaction flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution, providing operational inputs and support throughout the process.
• Support the team in tracking and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in the daily operations of the company, including process documentation and workflow optimization.
• Support the operations team in planning, forecasting, and executing on-chain transactions.
• Provide post-launch operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous crypto and/or operational experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an operational role, 1 year if such experience was related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
