Operations Manager - HK or Dubai

Job Description:

As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in the daily functions of our company. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple departments to facilitate seamless processes and foster effective communication, as well as representing the operations team when necessary. This position is perfect for an experienced individual seeking advancement, who is ready to take charge of operational workflows from start to finish while assisting MANTRA in launching new projects and processes. You will work autonomously and offer valuable insights to contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently oversee and manage on-chain operations and transaction flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead the daily operations of the company, focusing on process documentation and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency.
• Drive the tracking and analysis of operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution, offering strategic operational insights and support throughout the process.
• Spearhead the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives to align with company goals.
• Guide the operations team in planning, forecasting, and executing on-chain transactions to optimize performance.
• Provide comprehensive post-launch operational support, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing success of new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with a demonstrated passion for the industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with advanced project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the capability to convey complex information clearly.
• Extensive experience in operational roles, with a minimum of 5 years in operations and at least 2 years specifically related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Previous leadership experience in an operational capacity preferred, demonstrating the ability to drive initiatives and manage teams effectively.
