We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager for Brazil to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth through locally optimized paid marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for executing Brazil-specific Paid Media initiatives while partnering closely with our Global Paid Ads team to maximize scale, efficiency, and performance.
You will be a key growth driver for OKX in Brazil — experimenting, iterating, and optimizing our marketing engine to win market share in one of our most strategic regions.

Lead Paid Acquisition in Brazil — Own local paid strategy and execution across performance channels including Google, Meta, programmatic, influencers, and fintech media.

Optimize User Growth & Economics — Improve CAC, FTDs, trading conversion, and ROAS across Web and App activation funnels.

Execute Local Campaigns End-to-End — Campaign planning, creative briefing, landing page coordination, tracking setup, and real-time optimization.

Collaborate with Global Paid Ads Teams — Align on bidding strategies, audience expansion, retargeting efforts, measurement, and advanced attribution

Partner Across Brazil Operations — Work closely with Product, BD, Creative, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure flawless and compliant execution.

Leverage Data for Decision-Making — Build dashboards, run performance analysis, and translate insights into actions that drive measurable results.

Coordinate Creative Localization — Adapt global assets or develop local creatives tailored to Brazilian audience behavior and cultural nuances.
