About the position

Sygnum is establishing a central Data Analytics team in the CEO Office to drive business insights, operational efficiencies, and strategic decision-making across the group. As Junior Data Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights

• Create BI solutions, including automated reporting, dashboards, and visualizations for various functions across Sygnum

• Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Perform statistical analyses, identify trends in data, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking measures

• Contribute to establishing a state-of-the-art management information system (MIS) that drives data-driven decision-making processes

• Handle ad-hoc data requests and develop advanced BI deliverables, such as predictive models

• Support the Data Analytics team in various projects and tasks

• In this position, you report directly to the Group’s Head Data Analytics

About the role:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, data-driven mindset

• Experience in database management, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and machine learning

• Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Proficiency in programming and data querying techniques (SQL, DAX, Python/R), understanding of machine learning and statistical analysis, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools (especially Power BI)

• Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

• Good communication and teamwork skills
