We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Zurich headquarters. As an integral part of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Establish the newly founded “Chief Investment Officer Office” to support the asset management with strategic projects to drive further global growth and its day-to-day business to ensure smooth and compliant operations • Independently manage programs and projects such as supporting the design and implementation of the asset management strategy, product and service offering, fund launches, platform and infrastructure components, etc. • Design and maintain the process framework for the asset management division covering among other elements operational investment management, subscriptions and redemptions internally and externally, international distribution and reporting • Maintain and further advance the asset management control system, including the initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of relevant service partners and protocol networks • Maintain and further advance the operational aspects of asset management solutions within the bank, including but not limited to timelines, cut-off dates and all aspects of operationally servicing in-house clients
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience and a successful track record in a leading asset management firm, strategy consulting firm, or investment banking institution is required. • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field • Strong knowledge of program and project management, asset management processes and operations • Strong experience in fund operations and fund distribution (professional & institutional clients) for alternative investment funds within a regulated Swiss bank • Experience in increasing scalability and efficiency of alternative investment solutions (including but not limited to Luxembourg and Cayman solutions) on a global scale • Dynamic person with a strong can-do attitude, able to embrace ambiguity and a changing environment with frequent new tasks, taking ownership and enjoying working within an entrepreneurial environment • Keen interest in and knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain technology • Fluent in English, German is a plus
