As Head of Business Transformation Operations, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of finance. From scaling operations to driving AI innovation, in this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we work and grow.
Your main responsibilities: • Lead the COO Project Portfolio: Oversee and deliver high-impact projects across the COO domain. • Drive Group-Wide Scalability: Own and evolve Sygnum’s transformation roadmap, including initiatives in AI, RPA, data management, and process optimization. • Champion AI Innovation: Guide and streamline AI initiatives across the bank, working closely with the Head of Data Analytics to bring ideas to life. • Support the COO: Provide strategic and hands-on support for ad-hoc initiatives. • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team of project managers. • Business Continuity Management (BCM): Serve as Group BCM Manager (20% of your role), ensuring operational resilience.
5+ years of relevant experience leading complex transformation programs or projects
10+ years of professional experience with background in financial services or management consulting, with a strong grasp of banking operations.
Proven success in delivering AI-driven initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Ability to navigate and influence across technical, operational, and executive teams.
Structured thinker and communicator with strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
Certifications in project or product management.
Know-how of project management methods in waterfall and agile delivery organizations
Nice to have:
Experience in BCM and operational resilience.
Familiarity with core banking systems, especially Finnova.
Passion for digital assets, blockchain, and emerging technologies.
