| We are seeking a motivated Compliance Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team in Liechtenstein. This role will play a critical part in building a high-performing compliance team and ensuring our operations remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations and relevant FMA guidelines. Your main responsibilities: • Support the development and execution of Sygnum’s compliance strategy in Liechtenstein, providing strategic leadership to the compliance function and delivering high-level regulatory and advisory guidance to internal stakeholders across the business. • Establish, update, monitor, and implement AML-CTF frameworks, policies, and procedures including KYC/KYT processes, transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, suspicious transactions reporting, and ongoing customer due diligence. • Promote a strong culture of compliance across the organisation by balancing regulatory rigor with practical solutions. • Oversee adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, ensuring the effective implementation of compliance frameworks and ensure corresponding controls are in place. • Track and analyse regulatory developments, evaluating their implications for business operations and advising relevant stakeholders accordingly. • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure Sygnumers remain informed and compliant with the latest regulatory developments and industry standards. • Manage regulatory reporting and maintain regular communication with FMA and other relevant authorities. • Conduct internal compliance assessments and risk reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements. • Provide compliance advisory on new products, services, and business initiatives to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. • Support audit readiness and regulatory audits, including preparation of documentation and coordination with internal teams and address auditor’s and/or regulator’s request for information or inspection. | ||
