As Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. Your ability to assess cultural fit and build strong relationships with hiring managers will be essential to your success.
Your main responsibilities: • End-to-End Recruitment: Take full ownership of complex recruitment processes, including job profile creation, direct search, candidate interviews, due diligence and offer creation • Interviewing & Evaluation: Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates with a strong focus on cultural fit and alignment with company values • Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise and support line managers throughout the entire recruitment cycle, bringing your expertise and insights to every step • Candidate Experience: Ensure positive and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate quality
Proven experience in recruitment (esp. IT and banking profiles), ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
Master’s degree or equivalent higher education in HR (e.g., HR Professionalwith Federal Diploma)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit
Experience with direct search and modern sourcing techniques
Fluent in German and English
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented and data-driven
Experienced in prioritizing high-volume workloads, managing tight deadlines, and competing priorities
Experience working with both an ATS and with MS-office programmes such as Excel and PowerPoint
