Your main responsibilities:
• Grow and nurture (new) client relationships across private, corporate and institutional segments through strategic networking and industry engagement.
• Drive business development by sourcing new prospects and managing a robust pipeline, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met (including digital asset transactions, trading orders, etc.).
• Lead the end-to end client journey, from initial contact to seamless onboarding, working closely with Legal & Compliance, Operations and external partners
• Deliver tailored, solution-oriented support for clients, including transactions and trading orders, product and technical support, contract amendments and operational inquiries, complaint resolution and client feedback loops
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Asset Management and Trading to design bespoke proposals for clients.
• Stay at the forefront of the crypto market landscape by deeply understanding Sygnum’s offering and competitive strengths, keeping up to date with digital asset trends and regulatory developments, attending conferences, actively building and maintaining a strong network of institutional and professional contacts.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • MSc/MBA/CFA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in client servicing or relationship management with private and/or institutional clients.
  • Track record of driving business growth with a hunter mentality, combining a strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach to winning and expanding client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with client onboarding (both private individuals and legal entities), including a strong understanding of the European banking regulations and AMLD compliance framework.
  • Combination of consultative and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborating with cross—location teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English. German language is a plus.​
  • Excellent Organizational and prioritization abilities to manage multiple clients and project simultaneously.
  • Valid Liechtenstein work permit and availability to work on-site at least 3 days per week.
