• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning Events in close collaboration with Business Owners (e.g., Head of Digital Channels, Head of Trading) and portfolio stakeholders such as the Chief Information Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Products Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer.
• Manage portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for change initiatives.
• Create and maintain delivery reports for initiatives, projects, and agile teams, including financial tracking and adherence to governance frameworks.
• Automate report creation and enhance KPIs in collaboration with family leads using PowerBI or similar tools.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure change delivery meets organizational standards for quality, compliance, and risk.
• Co-define, coordinate, and/or execute continuous improvement measures for change delivery together with family leads across disciplines such as Product, Engineering, SRE, Enterprise Testing, and Project Management.
• Act as Product Owner for JIRA and Confluence enabling and supporting the change organization
• Maintain JIRA and Confluence to ensure accurate, timely, and auditable information for decision-making.
• Support governance committees, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up with senior management attendance such as the Portfolio Management Board (PMB).
• Own and continuously improve the vendor management processes (e.g., selection & onboarding, contract management, initial and continuous review, performance monitoring) for the change and run organization.
• Act as the single point of contact for vendors within the change portfolio and support negotiations led by the Chief of Staff COO, COO, and CIO.
An enthusiastic, driven, entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a structured and self-directed working style; Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience as Portfolio Manager or similar change-related role such as Release Train Engineer, Project/Program Manager, or PMO, in a high-impact setting (e.g., responsible for 5+ agile / project teams, or >2m CHF annual budget) within the financial or crypto industry.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and experience in coordinating Program Increment Planning, or equivalent “big room” planning events
Proven experience managing change financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, in collaboration with senior management.
Experience in executing or supporting quality assurance activities within change or delivery initiatives focusing on compliance, risk management, and delivery quality.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, either through consulting engagements or by managing vendor relationships within a change or delivery context.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI for reporting, tracking, and automation.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in communicating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience in vendor management either as vendor providing services to clients, or by managing vendor relationships as part of a change role
Excellent written/oral communication; fluent English required; German a strong plus
