| Are you driven to build the future of money on an institutional scale? Do you want to design and launch real products that redefine how stablecoins and deposit tokens are issued, distributed, and used by global financial institutions? As Product Lead Stablecoins you will own the bank’s stablecoin and deposit token product strategy and implementation end-to-end—turning market opportunities, client needs, and technological innovation into scalable, production-ready solutions within a regulated banking environment. Sygnum has been at the forefront of the tokenized payments and stablecoin space since 2020. The bank launched its digital CHF token (DCHF) as early as March 2020 and subsequently enabled some of the world’s first real-world payment use cases, including e-commerce payments using tokenized Swiss francs. Since then, Sygnum has continued to shape the industry by driving and participating in key initiatives such as the Deposit Token Proof of Concept for the Swiss financial center. Today, Sygnum offers 24/7 minting and burning for selected stablecoins, and provides institutional-grade custody and trading for most of the world’s leading stablecoins. This role builds on a proven foundation and aims to scale it significantly. You will define and execute initiatives across the full stablecoin value chain, including issuance models, minting and redemption infrastructure, and client distribution. You will represent Sygnum in strategic industry initiatives, shape the operating model for stablecoin infrastructure, and define how clients can access stablecoins in the most reliable, and most efficient way across chains, currencies, and platforms. Working closely with Product, Legal, (Blockchain) Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams, you will ideate and deliver concrete products and partnerships. This is a high-impact, high-expectation role at the center of one of the bank’s most strategic growth areas. Your mandate is to build, launch, and scale institutional-grade stablecoin products that clients can use today—and rely on tomorrow. Success requires ownership, pace, and the ability to operate with conviction in a fast-moving environment. This role is best suited for a highly motivated, resilient problem-solver with a strong delivery mindset who thrives under pressure and is energized by building at the frontier of institutional finance.
