We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join us in our Singapore office for a period of 6 to 12 months to support the day-to-day financial operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to crypto payments, fiat banking operations, fund flows, reconciliations, and operational controls.
What we offer:
• Trainings will be provided for you to understand the operations functions relating to asset management in crypto industry
• Hands-on exposure to the administration of crypto funds
• Support fund accounting and reporting activities
• Execution of fund capital activities i.e. subscriptions and redemptions
• Monitoring of fund performance and valuations
• Liaise with external stakeholders including but not limited to Fund Administrators & Auditors
• Support client onboarding processing
• Perform daily monitoring and reconciliation of fiat and crypto balances
• Process fiat and crypto transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and transfers
• Support the team in managing crypto wallets and operational controls
• Assist with Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Penultimate year student majoring in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting & related field.
Basic understanding of banking operations, funds or financial markets
Self-motivated individual who is committed to high standard of deliverables with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Immediate availability is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI
Prior internship in banking operations or asset management is preferred
