We are looking for an experienced Brokerage & Custody Operations - Senior Specialist to join our Singapore headquarters as part of our dynamic team of talented, fun-loving individuals.
Key Tasks: • Execute brokerage operational tasks related to cash payments processing, digital assets settlements and client onboarding setups • Serve as the point of contact for daily BAU operations matters • Perform daily reconciliations and cash rebalancing to ensure accurate ledger records • Support team lead in new business initiatives and re-inventing target operating model for future finance • Perform user acceptance testing, supporting and documentation of evolving operation models and processes • Support submissions of regulatory reports and filings • Opportunity to expand operation knowledge and provide support for other operational functions relating to cryptos, including fund operations
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the field of Banking or Payments Operations, with strong knowledge in cash management and investigations
Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent written, verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Passion to automate processes and add efficiency to work
Strong ownership and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
Experience working with start-ups or fintech companies and knowledge in treasury management are a plus
