By working with different stakeholders, you will make a meaningful impact in building trust and accountability within the crypto ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Brokerage & Custody Operations - Senior Specialist to join our Singapore headquarters as part of our dynamic team of talented, fun-loving individuals.

Key Tasks:
• Execute brokerage operational tasks related to cash payments processing, digital assets settlements and client onboarding setups
• Serve as the point of contact for daily BAU operations matters
• Perform daily reconciliations and cash rebalancing to ensure accurate ledger records
• Support team lead in new business initiatives and re-inventing target operating model for future finance
• Perform user acceptance testing, supporting and documentation of evolving operation models and processes
• Support submissions of regulatory reports and filings
• Opportunity to expand operation knowledge and provide support for other operational functions relating to cryptos, including fund operations
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the field of Banking or Payments Operations, with strong knowledge in cash management and investigations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion to automate processes and add efficiency to work
  • Strong ownership and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
  • Experience working with start-ups or fintech companies and knowledge in treasury management are a plus
